Locality:
United States, Texas, Cameron, In field west of Muralla, Brownsville.
Habitat:
An erect branched annual herb, stems branched, leaves as wide as long. Fruit with many prickles; clay loam soil. Scarce. Only a few colonies seen in Cameron County.
