The given information is quite vague without a section and no real clear location. The UTM used is in the middle of T39N and R12E. However, I think the best UTM would be in T40N, R12E to be between the Great Sand Dunes National Monument and San Luis Lak

Original ID: Oenothera coronopifolia T. & G. Forming discrete rounded clumps, not spreading out from rhizomes as individual stems, and appearing more glabrous and green than usual.
