Rocky alluvial slope with creosote bush scrub consisting mostly of Larrea. Area cut by small to medium washes. Annual flora generally sparse, but plants sometimes large in the washes, though still relatively few. Schismus, Cryptantha angustifolia, Camissonia claviformis and Chroizanthe brevicornu fairly common.
