Plants sparingly suckering, leaves light green, firm; inflorescence very narrow paniculate, very tall; flowers with fair amount of pollen, musky smell at 7:30am, ovary, neck, tube light chartreuse-green, tepals cream-chartreuse, crcct-asccnding, filaments and style chartreuse-cream but flushed with maroon, anthers yellow. Measurements after Gentry (1982) in mm, during anthesis: tl=64, 0=22x9.5, n=6, tu=4 xl5, tep=31x6(width measured at base, becoming 3.5 at middle), 29x8 (width measured at base, becoming 4 at middle), fil ins=4,4.5, fil=73,78, a=15 (curved), sty=69.
